The word Nachiketa comes from the ancient Indian scriptures symbolizing those who have an incessant zeal for discovering the truth, those who have a voracious thirst for knowledge and those who strive towards attainment of the said goals overcoming all odds. The founder of the law firm Mr. Sudhakar Bhaskarrao Joshi, with 30 years of experience behind him, has put such high ideals while establishing the law firm in 1978 and has accordingly named it.

Since then it has been an unremitting process of growth, improvement, excellence and sustaining a vision of working towards establishing a system where a law firm not only works as a legal consultant but also as a catalyst in social revolution. Keeping these ideals in mind, our firm has spread in horizontal and vertical dimensions. Along with territorial expansion we have also grown in accomplishments.
